Quitting is harder in the moments nobody sees.
The cigarette after a stressful day. The craving that comes out of nowhere. The routine that feels impossible to break. The night when you're lying awake thinking about smoking.
That's what this program is built around: personal support during the moments when quitting gets difficult.
21 days. One person in your corner.
DAY 0
I start with a conversation. I'll get to know your smoking patterns, routines, triggers, previous attempts, and why you want to quit.
DAYS 1–21
Morning, afternoon and evening check-ins. You can also message me when you need to talk, ask for help, or simply say: “Today is really fucking hard.”
WHEN IT GETS REALLY HARD
A craving at 2 AM. A rough night. A moment when you feel like giving in. You can call me when a real conversation would help more than texting.
Personal support throughout your quit attempt.
Not because 21 days magically cures addiction.
The beginning matters. The first days after quitting can be some of the hardest.
I chose 21 days because it's long enough to take seriously, but short enough to focus on one day at a time.
$149 USD
One payment. No subscription.
A 21-day personal support program for your quit attempt.
For comparison, someone smoking one pack a day at around $10 per pack would spend approximately $210 on cigarettes over 21 days. Actual cigarette prices vary by location and brand.
START MY 21 DAYS →A serious quit attempt.
The 21-Day Program is designed for people who are ready to make a serious quit attempt.
One continuous quit attempt. If you smoke or vape during the program — including “just one cigarette” or a few puffs — the current program ends.
Smoking includes cigarettes, vapes, cigars, marijuana, and other smoked products. Nicotine replacement products such as patches or gum do not count as smoking.
If the program ends because you smoked, there is no refund, and another attempt can be started after a 30-day waiting period.
This rule exists to make the commitment clear from the beginning. Honesty matters more than pretending everything is going perfectly.
If you are not ready to commit to the attempt yet, that's okay. The program may simply not be the right fit right now.
Simple and clear.
A full refund is available if you cancel before Day 1 begins.
Once Day 1 has started, payments are non-refundable because your 21-day support period and dedicated time have been reserved for you.
If the service cannot be delivered as described, please contact me to discuss the situation.
